Art > Joana Vasconcelos
Venice, Italy, 2007
During the days of the opening of the 2007 Venice Biennale, Marc
Pottier organised with ADIAC Portugal and the French auction house
Artcurial, an exhibition of works of the Portuguese artist Joana
Vasconcelos at the Palace Czarnocki Lucheschi. In the gardens
the artist built an in situ Prada shoe made of Portuguese pans,
and hanged on the front of the Palace, a gigantic lace baldaquin.
