Second version of the biennale of the art of light in Lisbon which has been launched in 2004 on an idea of Mario Caeiro, president of ]extramuros[ and Marc Pottier when working as Cultural Attaché at the French Embassy.

International artists are invited to create light works. This is a new way of rediscovering the historical part of the city in the evening during a couple of weeks. Workshops with students and artists are also organized. And a extensive catalogue published.
