The second edition of the Monumental - arte na Marina da Glória had the theme of MOBILE ART. This is because artists have always been fascinated by the movement, Calder, for example, with his mobiles is one of the most famous representatives of the so-called kinetic art movement. Kinetic art is a chain of the arts that explores visual effects through physical movements, optical illusion or tricks of positioning the pieces. The movement can be produced by the wind, the sun, an engine or by the public itself. Monumental - Arte Móvel presented a series of works and installations, several of which were created especially for the event, by a majority of emerging artists and by some already established ones. They were works of movement or interactive. We believe that the exhibition that was shown at the Marina da Gloria enchanted the public with its playful and dynamic aspect!
